Aloha Information Desk

The Aloha Information Desk provides information about campus activities and includes various services for students, faculty, and the community. 

Our new location is in the Gymnasium hallway next to the tennis courts.

Location and Hours

We are located in the Gymnasium hallway next to the tennis courts. We are at our desk
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 11 pm
Saturday, 9 am - Noon

Student ID

For a new student ID, you will need to show proof of your TB test and completion of the Title IX course. We can replace the lost, damaged, or expired ID ($5.00 fee for lost or damaged ID). We will only accept online payments for ID cards.

Dress and Grooming Standards

This is a friendly reminder that in order for us to serve you, you must be in BYUH Dress and Grooming Standards.

Lost Something?

We accept many lost and found items. We hold items for a maximum of one month. If you have lost something, fill out the Lost Something Form. If you have found something, turn it in at the Aloha Information Desk.

FAQ's

  • You can come to the Aloha Information Desk at the Gymnasium or fill out the Student ID Request Form above.
  • Trace your footsteps and ask the custodians in previous buildings you've been in. 
  • One month.  
  • The last Friday of the month. An announcement of the giveaways will be in the student bulletins.
